We spend a lot of time studying industry trends as well as the overall business cycle and macroeconomic environment. As an investment company, PVP has made investments across a multitude of asset classes including private equity, venture capital, growth equity, real estate, public equity, credit and distressed debt. We specialize in evaluating opportunities up and down the capital structure and across asset classes and look to maximize risk/reward at all points in the economic cycle.

Founded in 2015 by Ali Rashid, Pacific Venture Partners has quickly established itself as a leading investment firm with a portfolio of over 80 investments. Ali Rashid plays an active role in the company’s operations, collaborating closely with portfolio companies and often taking on board seats or advisory roles in larger investments. PVP has also been part of the founding team for several of its larger investments and has also been amongst the first investors in numerous high growth businesses. Rather than relying on a large in-house team, PVP has developed a strong network of industry experts and will often partner with them in specific transactions. In this way, Pacific Venture Partners is able to leverage their deep sector-specific across a broad range of varied opportunities.
