INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Pacific Venture Partners employs a thematic investment strategy. We study industry trends and look to deploy capital in areas where we have a differentiated point of view or that can benefit from patient capital. We evaluate opportunities up and down the capital structure and across asset classes, looking to maximize risk/reward at all points in the economic cycle. Our existing portfolio has investments that a variety of assets classes including private equity, venture capital, growth equity, real estate, public equity, credit and distressed debt.

We invest across a variety of industries as we look to maintain portfolio diversification. We have developed a broad network of industry experts and partner with them when evaluating opportunities to benefit from their deep sector expertise, market analysis and insights. We have completed deals in multiple sectors including: (i) Consumer & Hospitality; (ii) Technology; (iii) Sports & Gaming; (iv) Financial Services; (v) Real Estate; (vi) Health & Wellness; and (vii) Cryptocurrency and Blockchain.
